After making the request on Home Adviser Dan contacted me within 15 minutes and met with me to discuss our project that day. We had several delays due to another project being done at the time and Dan was very flexible and worked with us during this time. Once the time came to start our project Dan came over the night before and spent a lot of time with my wife and I laying out where we wanted the border to go. The next day Dan arrived on time, provided a beautiful concrete border that was unique and not the normal styles the other companies provide. A couple of days later his crew came back and installed 28 tons on landscape rock in just a few hours! I wish Dan was able to do other things because I would hire him in a second."

Triad has done a stellar job of helping my partner and I understand the construction process, warranty coverages and work scopes thru comprehensive documentation and amazing design work. Tim (our assigned project manger) was polite, professional and approachable. Tim definitely went out of his way to keep us informed / never made us feel inferior despite the never ending questions (thanks again Tim!). Jeffery used the term interactive when he described triads approach to landscape design / construction (proactive would be a great definition as well Jeff!) When we met with the designer (Sean) at finalization he asked that we write a review upon completion, so here you go! -professionalism 5 stars -design and work scope quality 5 stars -quality of construction 5 stars -price: they definitely were not inexpensive (higher side of the spectrum) but we wanted the very best for our lake home and we couldn't be happier 4.99 stars Thank you again triad!"
