They told me they would be out between 5:00 and 5:30 on Thursday morning and they came at 5:15 and they were done by 2:30 that afternoon. He even climbed up on my roof. I had satellite dishes on my roof, when they put the roof on, they had to put them back on there. I had them removed, and put on the ground. The owner of the company came back out, you know he's 78 years old, he had 10 shingles on his shoulder and hammer and everything, and he climbed up the ladder and got up on my roof and fixed it; and it was very hot out."
