The crew came in and took the old shingles off and started replacing them on the first day. They were able to finish putting the new shingles on and cleaning up the next morning. Most of which was cleaning up and making sure there were no nails or shingles on the ground. The gutters and siding on my new shop had hail damage and had to be replaced. "Remmy contacted me quickly and came out the next day to check out my roof. Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. Remmy and his crew came out and fixed the problem quickly as well as making sure there was no other problems. They will always be my first to come to if I have roofing problems."

"They returned my phone call the same day.  However,  1st appointment scheduled for evaluation of damage did not start out well.  I spoke to 3 or 4 different men before actual contact made.  The person they sent on the appointment day was not the person I had been talking to and he seemed confused as to work needing done.  He was also over an hour late and no phone call to tell me he would be late.  I was very frustrated by the time he arrived stating his phone was dead.  After evaluation of roof, I decided to give them the job.  Dustin did return in a couple of days with a few other men as promised.  As far as I can tell, I have had no more leaking of my roof.  They cleaned up site well and I told me to call if I had any further leaking.

"Our main line backed up into our basement. Total nightmare. The house is 55 years old so no surprise. I called and Anthony came in about 10 minutes because he was close. That was unbelievably awesome. He was able to quickly clear the blockage and all is well. Due to a big old tree and an old line we'll need to replace the sewage line eventually and we know who'll we'll have do it. DTS was fast, polite, effective, and clean- he was concerned about bringing the auger over our old ugly carpet. Highly recommended."

He did a good job. The only thing I did not like about it was that he did not pick up very well after I got done. They left too many nails in my driveway. I had three other people give me a bid and his prices were pretty close to everybody else. He had something that nobody else was offering so that made it easy to pick him. He was very busy so it took about six weeks or two months to get to my house. He had about four other jobs and I guess I did not print out the contract like I was supposed and send it back to him. That was my mistake. Their punctuality was good. They were always there the first thing in the morning. The sun would be coming up and they would stay late. Their professionalism was good. I would recommend them.
