"His name is Tommy. I've used them a lot. He has done work for me for the past three years. He is very good at what he does. He is a very nice person to work with and he is very reasonable. He is very good. He tries to get to me immediately if he can and he returns calls immediately. He will give me a fair estimate on what needs to be done and how we can do it the best way and the least involved way so the expense doesn't get horrendous. He hasn't billed me yet because he said that he knew that I still wanted him to do some additional work and he will bill me when that is done. He is going to be fixing some windows for me in an older house. He is knowledgeable. He doesn't do electrical or plumbing. He is also going to do my deck because it had rotted out. The service has been excellent. It has worked well and I've never had to be concerned about it again. I would feel comfortable with my own reputation in recommending him. I haven't had any complaints about anything. He is very responsive. I use him all the time. He will take the time and check with other people if he has any questions.
