"Spectacular!!!! I shopped around a few companies to purchase and install zone heating and cooling in my house. Rinker was hands down the best. From the initial consult, to the install, and even follow up questions almost a year later, everyone is attentive, polite, and professional. Erwin was very thorough. He went through all the requirements of what needed to be done and provided options for us to pick. We wound up putting in a new outlet box for the dishwasher (which he diagnosed as needing replacement). He installed a new whole house surge protector at the circuit breaker panel. He fixed a few of the troublesome outlets. We decided not to install the outlet box in the basement at this time. What was impressive was the time he spent explaining the pros and cons of what needed to be done. I appreciated the explanations. They did an outstanding job for us and not was reasonable for the work that was performed."
