There was unanticipated rot when the old deck was removed. H-H removed the rotted wood and found an acceptable solution for the problem. We closed on the house between Christmas and New Years and needed to have the painting done during the holiday week before the movers arrived. And to my delight (her suggestion again), these lights are on dimmers, making morning coffee (in the dark) much easier on the eyes with this special dimmed lighting. Her attention to details while painting is extraordinary. I am a detail-noticing person, and she totally surpasses my expectations. Kerry also installed a new oven and had to re-build the area to fit this oven which is larger than the original. Very pleased with all of her work."
