"Very reasonable and very fair. Great customer service"

"Mark is an AMAZING contractor, not only as a professional but a really nice personable guy. He arrived every day in a cheerful mood, and did an absolutely outstanding job remodeling my condo master bathroom at a very fair price, and I am totally thrilled with the outcome. He also installed a bathroom fan that other contractors said could not be done or didn't want to take the time to figure out how to do it. Kudos to Mark on that accomplishment!! He made sure I was happy with everything that was done and if I made a change, was more than gracious to make that change, something I have not found with other contractors I have hired in the past. He finished the job within the time period promised and wasn't charged one cent more than his estimate; in fact he purchased things that I needed along the way and didn't even want payment for those items. I could not end this review without mentioning his helper, Dave, who accompanied him every day. He was a very polite, respectful young man and even took the time to do something for me that wasn't even related to the remodeling project. I highly recommend Mark for any type of remodeling and would definitely use him again in the future if and when the need arises. Thank you so much Mark for a job well done! You are the BEST!!"

"D&BC PAINTING did an excellent job in the interior of my house for a very reasonable price. They finished it within a day and did it neatly. We have received many compliments on how it looks and would recommend them 100%."

"They did an excellent job, they were prompt, communicated often during the time it was painted, and did what I requested, and even went above and beyond by providing extra work."

"Really a pleasure working with Todd and his wife. They were on top of everything and did a fantastic job! Very easy to work with! Work was delayed due to the weather as we did exterior painting and Todd was so worried about getting it done for us. I have worked with alot of contractors and was relieved and happy this time. I would definitely recommend them to everyone."

"Mauricio and his team did an outstanding job painting a large interior portion of our home. They were very respectful to protect our floors and furniture. Communication was also great and timely. Looking forward to having them do additional painting for us!"

"Great work, clean and accommodating. Would hire again for future project!"

"They are absolutely spectacular, a great company to work with. Dan, the owner, is very responsive and super helpful. He's insightful with ideas for work to be done. His worker, Michael, was an absolute pleasure. They do great work and they've upheld guarantees they've made to me. I would highly recommend."

"This is the largest remodeling project we've ever done, so we didn't know what to expect. From the very first contact Kenny was personable and professional, and was instrumental in helping us decide our best options. We followed many of his suggestions, but when we didn't he was totally fine when we wanted to go a different direction. I'm probably not the easiest person to work for, and I'm sure Kenny had to feel some frustration at times with my demands, but he took it all in stride and always remained pleasant. There will always be hiccups in a job this size and I'll admit we had our share. When I felt Kenny missed something or didn't do something to my satisfaction I always brought it to his attention and he was quick to fix whatever it was. Fortunately it was very easy to communicate with Kenny, and I believe he felt the same way towards us which help the whole process go smoothly. The remodel took a little longer than we expected, but in the end we are satisfied with Kenny's work and would hire him again."

"I hired Elevate Property Care to renovate my main floor bathroom. He handled the full demo and rebuild, including tiling the shower with a matching pattern, installing a new jetted tub and vanity, and building a half wall to create more space. He also painted and put in a new tile floor. The work was solid, and the finished bathroom looks clean and well put together. Everything was done professionally and within a reasonable timeframe."
