"First project: I am very pleased with Repairs & Remodels On Demand (RROD). I was in the process of selling a property that was about 75 years old. The buyer's mortgage company had sent an inspector who noted several issues. Obviously I was under time pressure. RROD responded very quickly. I needed a hearth built in front of an existing fireplace. RROD advised me on what the current code requirements were. I selected material and the hearth was installed the next day. The inspector also reported six electrical issues, four plumbing issues in the kitchen and four in the bathroom. RROD repaired them all in two days. RROD sent a three man team. The timeline for the project was: Day 1, evaluate job and create estimate; Day 2, install hearth, correct electrical issues and begin plumbing work; Day 3, complete plumbing. On the fourth day I notified the buyer's agent to schedule the re-inspection; the inspection passed with no problems. Sale completed. Second project: In a rental property I own, a tenant wanted a laundry area. I had had the area plumbed but the walls had been opened to accomplish the plumbing. I needed the walls closed up, a short wall built, and the appliances installed. First day, evaluate job and create estimate. Two days later start and complete the job in two additional days. On the day after the completion, the tenant reported a problem with a door that had been installed. I went over and checked and she was correct. It was in mid-afternoon and I called RROD and reported the problem. They immediately scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next morning (and repaired it on that visit). It was a small job with a small problem. The work looked very professional and the paint for the new areas matched the existing room colors. The point is, they do high quality work and they really do stand behind their work. I shall certainly use them again. I am very satisfied with their responsiveness and the high quality of work. "From drab to fabulous! Eco home Builders did a fantastic job on my main bathroom remodel. I'm a Real Estate Broker and have gone through countless remodels and contractors over the past two decades. Eden did a wonderful job managing the project. Always communicating and being available through the whole project was a huge plus. The contractors did an outstanding job and really paid attention to detail. A lot of large tile pieces went into this project, and I was in very impressed with their skill. We were also impressed with their cabinet maker who did a great job basically building a beautiful piece of art. The project basically went off without a flaw on time and on budget. "My relative has been living in the same condo for over 50 years and finally agreed to have the junk acquired hauled away. During this process mold was found in a bedroom and kitchen wall. Al, the owner/manager, had given me a reasonable estimate in the beginning, and after finding the mold, another reasonable estimate was given. All work done was professional and on time. One full bath had a new floor installed and a new toilet installed. One bedroom wall needed new baseboard, installation, and painting. that bedroom needed new carpet installed. One kitchen wall was sanded and painted. Whole condo was deep cleaned. All work was excellent."

"I own a number of properties in California And I was looking up for local company to remodel one of my homes I own in mission valley area , i wanted to renovate bathroom I was looking for a company who can take the job pretty quick within a reasonable price, I got couple of bids but no questions I went with them I felt comfortable , it was not the cheapest bid i got fir the job but i trusted Asi the owner He was not pushy , the price was reasonable , and even though English is not his first language , he made sure I understand all the steps of the process, and made sure we did a walk-through before we started the demo on the shower the workers were pretty cool Throughout , the communication was great , the girl in the office was nice and friendly alex the tile guy did a great job on the shower tile , also the plumber Josh Definitely recommend creations construction, and looking forward to continue my kitchen renovation with this team next month"

"TNT Design and Build were almost 4 contractors that I had met with to remodel my Serra Mesa home. I referred them to now, four of my family members, and they are all very pleased with the work that was completed. We did a fairly large remodel which included an addition of 620 ft, a kitchen remodels and 2.5 bathroom remodels. They also did all the flooring in the house as well as painting throughout. They just completed a project which they estimate it would take three months and just under 2 1/2 months from start to finish. The quality of work is absolutely stunning and I cannot wait to bring them by to remodel our guest bedroom. I highly recommend TNT Design and Build as they do very high-quality work for a competitive price."
