"Chris Evans came out to help us with our leak in our main shower head. He was able to change out the cartridge and fix the leak in our home in Antelope, CA. "First repairman got unit started by replacing capacitor and a switch. I asked him to check the coolant level and he said it was fine. 3 days later I had them back because although running it was not cooling. The new guy discovered that it was almost empty of refrigerant. He tightened a valve which he suspected of leaking. I am still not sure how we got from completely fine to empty. The second and I think more senior tech took the time to check out the entire system. They were quick to respond and eventually fixed it. Thought price was high at almost $1,000 for both visits. They were professional and communicative."

"The tech that came to my home was the best out there. If you want any plumbing issue done right the first time, this is the place. Ask for Jeff; they don't come any better"

"We used Angi to find a plumber early on a Sunday morning due to our toilet not flushing even after we plunged it and used our at-home auger snake which brought up a root ball. The professional and friendly dispatcher from Reliable called within 10 minutes of submitting our online request and the technician Joshua arrived within 10 minutes of the start time of our 2 hour service window, gave us a reasonable estimate and explained exactly what work would be done. He pulled the toilet and got the drain cleared of roots and the toilet flushing again within an hour. We will definitely contact Reliable Rooter & Plumbing Pro for our future plumbing needs!"

"Now, I get the power of Angie's List -- the visibility of our experience with a service provider clearly led to a proactive effort to rectify the situation. Our membership paid for itself many times over!
While O'Connell Plumbing is still an expensive option, they proved themselves more responsive and professional than we initially thought. Thank you for stepping up!"

"Chris came in, took a look and gave an explanation that was easy and crystal clear. 5 star service all the way. Thank you so much!"

"I was quoted $3,000.00 for a major plumping leak on a water main. The LeesAir plumber found a valve to my front yard sprinklers, which he shut off and stopped the problem for only $50.00. At a later time he will restore the line to my sprinkler system. I am very happy with the service."
