Even though it is 30yrs old, he told me it was not worth the money and that he could service my old door so that it would be as good as new. And that is exactly what he did. He replaced all the hardware, motor, springs, sensors, etc... Then he added more wood support (not in his original quote I might add) to shore up the frame. Then he programmed my remotes to open the gates to condo parking area as well as my door, and then programmed my cars. He took time to show me all the details of the work, and how to add more remotes to my system, and how to connect it to a wifi mobile phone app. The door works flawlessly. It closes very tightly, and it is safe and secure. Eric believes getting the job right and to the customer's satisfaction the first time is the most cost effective way of doing business. If you want it done right, he's worth every penny. Hire him."
