He wound up having to return twice because of a problem with the quality of a replacement component on the existing fixture. We wound up having to replace the fixtures (resulting in a third visit). Once we notified him that the new fixtures had been delivered he immediately went back out to install them at no extra charge even though the inability to repair the existing fixtures was due to a defective part and not his fault. He is friendly, highly responsive and very professional."
