"I contacted Brett on September 4th and he responded the same day. He made an appointment to come to my home for a quote. I could tell immediately that his attention to detail was far above the other three quotes I had received. He was not the least expensive or the most expensive quote, but he spent more time looking over each wall than any of the other painters. He quoted me a start date of December 3rd. If you know me, I take for ever to make decisions about big projects, but when I do I want them done right then. I decided to test my patience, and it was well worth the wait! Most anyone can paint a house, but over time there are small inclusions that need repair and most painters will avoid fixing these as it takes additional time. Brett went over each item he noticed. I even added on additional areas as we went because I knew he would do it to the standards I was looking for. I will be contacting Brett again for the upstairs bedrooms. I recommend planning ahead."

"Flex Painting was incredibly professional and performed great work. Our home was in desperate need of stucco repair, window trim replacement, and paint and they were able to do that and more. After our kitchen contractors abandoned our window replacements, Flex paint stepped in and got the job done! Bayardo even stopped by for one last walk through after we were satisfied with the work just to touch up spots he was not personally satisfied with. "Brannick Painting just finished a complete exterior repaint of our house in El Cerrito, including staining our deck. Patrick and his team were wonderful to work with. Patrick helped us with color selection, painting large sheets of posterboard with several colors we considered, so we could hold them up to the house in different lighting to see how they would look when finished. we have heard from others that they had small swatches painted on their house and Patrick’s approach is so much more helpful. Patrick is also extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of preparation and painting. We have an old stucco house that needed a lot of detailed preparation. His crew is very experienced, and they did an excellent job repairing and preparing all of the cracks and blemishes on our house. We are very happy with the final product. "I hired Tony (Atlantis Decorative Coatings) to paint the outside of a 2700 square foot house. He and his crew (4 people in total) took one day to pressure wash and four days to paint. Tony (or Rembrandt as I referred to him) did an awesome job. He has an eye for color (I approved all of his suggestions), showed me some things that he thought should be painted that I would have overlooked, was very careful of the plants around the house and cleaned up after the job was done. Tony was also friendly and has a nice sense of humor. I highly recommend."
