"I received 3 estimates to finish my basement; Interior Trends was not the highest or the lowest. I know I could have had the work done for less but I chose Interior Trends because: <br /> 1) ITI was the only company to provide a written proposal right from the start. The other two didn't want to provide a written proposal until you had agreed to go with them; <br /> 2) I trusted the people who were working in my home every day for several weeks; <br /> 3) ITI has an interior designer who offered me options within my allowance and helped me make good choices so I stayed on budget and liked the end result. <br /> Although they were on the high side as far as costs goes, the quality of work, the quality of their crew, and the entire enjoyable process made it worth the money. I was worried about having to spend hours shopping for fixtures, for paint colors, etc. I was also worried that the project would drag on and on, or they wouldn't show up when they said they would, or they would only work partial days. I was pleasantly surprised. The crew not only showed up every day when they said they would, occasionally they were still working when I got home at 5:30. What a great crew. Everyone at ITI is great to work with, very considerate and respectful. <br /> I was very satisfied with the end result and glad I chose ITI for my project. I will definitely consider them for future projects. <br />"

"Her last name is King. She is excellent. She is finished with the project. But I keep asking her again and again when I want something else done. I call her back every time. I asked her to set my dining room table for Thanksgiving. We are going to have her do the table decorations for Christmas as well. We had a buffet in the dining room and she provided all the decorations. She is awesome. I don't know where she comes up with these ideas. She is very creative. She also doesn't push what she likes on to you. She talks to you and finds out what you like. She goes out and finds it, purchases it herself, and then I reimburse her. She is just an amazing young person starting out in this business. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I have worked with 2 other interior designers and she is fantastic. She does uncommon things."

"This is an upgraded review after an initial 2-star grading. Responsive customer service to issues with the purchase itself made all the difference and allowed me to keep an open mind as I continued into the installation process. Overall, other than a few "they could do this better" items, the quality, the accuracy, the value, the helpful support team, and the easy installation of my 7 motorized solar shades all point to 5 stars. We followed the measuring instructions carefully and received shades that fit each space exactly as I expected. Installation itself was easier than traditional shades using the solid brackets they provided. Questions I had during installation were answered promptly through Chat. The remote control was a bit of a challenge, so be patient if you bought a multi-channel one and have lots of shades in your room. And for some reason they don't tell you this, but you must have a remote for your motorized shades. The app alone isn't enough. Our only minor gripe is that determining how solar shades look at night was just a game of inference. It would be very helpful to have an online tool available to create your own scene, which includes shade color, indoor or outdoor, and time of day. Even samples don't help much more. Still, I'll return to them when it's time to take care of other rooms. We did this project for 2 to 3 thousand dollars less than big box store quoted us. It was a cinch."

"<p>We were looking for a place to make some exterior window treated into some decorative solution, as it was exposed to the neighbour’s house. We saw Palace of Glass product at one of our local glass shop on display and got fascinated by this innovative product. We end up doing 3 exterior window in the bathroom and some interior doors with the matching design. Staff was friendly and knowledgeble, the cost turn to be less than the stained glass quotes from the local shops. I would recommend them.</p> <br>"

"The guys arrived at 7:30am on Monday and did most of the work.  They returned on Tuesday and Thursday to put more coats of poly on.  We were able to walk on the floors on Friday and put the furniture back on Saturday.  They did a terrific job.  You can't even tell where the new wood was put in where they repaired it.  We decided to keep the natural wood tone and it is just beautiful!  The smell is bad so be prepared.  Also, you will need to touch up on your baseboard trim.  We also opted not to use the "dust free" service they offered for an extra $300.  We just taped off the rooms and the built in cabinets.  Sure there was dust but there wasn't a tremendous amount.   The workers are polite and professional.  From the beginning bid, through the people on the phone and the guys who did the work, we couldn't be more pleased!!! <br />"
