"The kitchen remodel was minor and done quickly and perfectly. Now that bathroom is outstanding. Completely gutted and rebuilt. Wonderful craftmanship with an eye to detail. A beautiful job. The workman were always on time and polite. Kept us advised of progress each day. Highest marks possible Peggy Cleary and Don Bargholz"

"Rob did an absolutely amazing job on our kitchen. Sue helped us design it and had some wonderful ideas that we had not thought of. Rob did a beautiful job with every part of our kitchen. When I could not locate the hood I wanted for over the stove, Rob MADEâ ¦I still swoon when I see it. Every single part of this renovation was perfect. Rob knows what he is doing and I had complete confidence in him. He does fantastic work and we could not have been more pleased! Thank you Rob and Sue"

"Everyone we dealt was knowledgeable and listened to our requests. They offered great ideas to make our home much nicer than before hurricane Ian. We are very pleased with their work and would use them again for any remodeling projects. Super friendly too!"

"Jeff does a great job designing the features. His showroom in Fort Myers really helps, as he can put together all of the tiles, granite colors, cupboard wood choices, etc. so that you can really put together a spectacular home - right out of a home and garden magazine. He has worked with his main contractor for over ten years, Mike is very detail oriented and does a great job. He does under-estimate the time needed for some jobs, but he was willing to work long hours to meet our deadline. We opened up our kitchen wall and moved the washer dryer location down, this involved moving plumbing and electricity. We re-tiled the foyer, office, bathroom and kitchen.  Completely gutted the bathrooms and kitchen, added tiled shower in master bath and tiled tub area in the guest bath, new counters, cabinets in the kitchen.  We got 5 bids, Jeff was not the cheapest, right in the middle, but I don't think we could have gotten a better job done."

"Very professional. Let me know about when the remodel would be done and how long it would take."

"If there were six stars to choose from, that would be the rating I would give for the service provided. They were efficient, on time, and had a very professional and friendly personality, doing an amazing job repairing my ceiling. I will be using them for future handyman projects!"

"Proline Drywall Contractors is one of the best contractors in the area. They are quick, clean and professional. If you are in need of repairs, looking to do a remodel or even building new I highly recommend giving them a call"

"A and D Cabinets did a wonderful job in my kitchen. The cabinets were ordered and at the house before we found A and D Cabinets. We only wish we knew of them before since they also provide their own cabinets and we had an issue with a cabinet we had, but they addressed the issue anyway to make it right. They were meticulous, professional and pleasant. Everything was completed to our total satisfaction. Highly recommend!"

"I manage a condominium where Luxury Home Solutions has remodeled a few units. LHS has been very easy to work with, from the office staff (Sophia) to the project managers (Jesse and Ryan). LHS has always kept me updated with their projects and I have always appreciated they way they communicate. I would highly recommend LHS for their professionalism, quality of work and overall satisfaction their clients have had."

"After my parents home was damaged during Ian, it was hard to find a reliable contractor to take care of the damage in the house. My senior citizen parents didn’t even know where to begin, I was thrilled to see that schooner bay builders was offering remodels. I know many of the people that work there are local Graduates of NFM, Cape, and Mariner, and have built a reputable realty office in the area. I contacted Them and had someone out to my parents home to inspect and then work with the insurance companies to make sure most of the damages were covered. They did a great job and my parents home looks better now than it did before the storm! Thanks Schooner Bay, you have made a customer for life."
