"The company did an amazing job, they came and installed a sliding barn door for my laundry room and it turned out amazing!"

"Prompt, fair and great work! Jim and I are very pleased with our door replacement. He was at our home on the same day of our call to quote, we hired him on the spot - Daniel returned in 2 days and installed our new door, and even went the extra mile and installed the shutter for us. We will hire him again!"

"Customer service was very good. I had some questions about how to order the pads. My questions were answered and the pads came faster than expected. Good quality and they fit and look nice."

"Everything went smoothly when I? selected and placed the order for my new carpet.? Arnold is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional.? He was a great help to me in selecting a beautiful carpet.? After the carpet arrived in Phoenix, everything went? well.? The carpet is excellent and the installers were professional and? fast in tearing out the old and installing the new carpet. However, getting the carpet to Phoenix was a challenge.?The problem was not with Specialized Flooring, but with the supplier, who made errors in processing the order, delaying the arrival of the carpet, creating confusion and frustration for everyone.?Adding to the frustration was the supplier's apparent lack of desire to expedite the corrections of their mistakes to ensure delivery of the carpet.??Arnold was? wonderful getting the problems resolved and he kept me informed every step of the way.??He went the "extra mile" in customer service, demonstrating to me that he valued me as a customer.? I strongly recommend Specialized Flooring for your flooring needs."

"We couldn't be more pleased, they did an absolutely beautiful job. Dana met with us on Saturday and the crown molding was installed the following Thursday. Our home in Sun City West was pre-owned and had crown molding in the living/dining room that had been installed by the previous owners and a different company. We wanted iCrown to install crown molding in our kitchen/family room. I called them last week and the crown molding is already installed. Dana, the owner, is extremely personable, professional and efficient. They even repaired a bad joint in the living room. I can recommend them without hesitation and will definitely call them the next time we need work done.

"Cesar was as passionate as we were that our new house was everything that we wanted it to be. He not only did the work that we asked him to do but even offered ideas that helped save money and improve the final result. We noticed that some final finish work needed to be touched up after the job was completed and Cesar returned to our home to make sure that we were happy with the final product. I have recommended him to people who have asked for someone who is reliable and professional to work on their homes."

"Jon was very knowledgeable and detailed when it came to installing our cabinets and vanity. He worked in a very timely manner and was even to come earlier then scheduled to get the cabinets installed before tile was installed! Great craftsmanship and great prices! I would recommend him for future installs and to others that need cabinets/countertops/ vanities installed or even made!"

"The installation went without a hitch. Despite not having previous experience installing this specific product, he reviewed the installation video in the product website and was able to do the work in a very timely fashion. I would hire 3 Shimy's again for the next handyman project."
