"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

The repair work on the toilet malfunctioned and I informed them. They were going to come out and do the work that day if time or following week. Which, with the work you did and it is leaking I accepted the potential delay in service. Offered me a "service" call not a fix the work that was done call but hey, it's whatever I'd rather get things done they debate. 20 minutes later I was informed they can't do the work, due to the "area" and can no longer do any work for me ?.? "Travis did an outstanding job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything back up and running in short order. It turned out to be that a mouse had chewed through the wire that controls the condenser fan and had also damaged another wire. Travis repaired/replaced the wires in a short amount of time and had us back up and running quickly. I was especially impressed that they dispatched a technician so quickly on a Sunday and did not charge me an upcharge for a weekend visit. I have used Lanz for furnace work, air conditioning, water heater, and sump pump repairs. I continue to be impressed with their service, pricing, responsiveness, and quality of work.
