"My 95 year old Mom lives by herself in VanNuys. I flew in from Philly to visit for a few days and found that her toilet wasn’t flushing properly and her bathroom sink,shower and bath tub barely drained. I called ‘Make it Drain’ and Peter sent Jaime out the same day to check to see what was going on. There isn’t a cleanout available so Jaime pulled the toilet and scoped the entire main line and showed me exactly what the problems were. He popped down into my Mom’s really cramped crawl space to see what it would take to correct it. The waste lines were very old and damaged cast iron and Jaime presented 3 different options to take care of the problems. I felt like he really listened to us and once we decided what to do he started right away to dig and install a new cleanout and replace the damaged drain lines. "They came out once to snake a tub and it seemed ok when they finished but later that night realized I hadn't run it long enough before they left and the draining actually wasn't satisfactory. Called them the next day and they came out and snaked again, under the warranty, and started draining fine. During the process it was recommended that I may want to replace tub drain because it was old. Tony came out a few days later, provided an estimate, and 2 days later his team was here to do the work. What I liked about them was the communication with Angie at the office, their punctuality and customer service in general. That means more to me than the actual work. I have to assume they did good work but I'm not crawling under the house to find out, and, it's not my area of expertise anyway, so fingers crossed. Everything seems to be working great. "I called to get what we thought was a drain cleared on a Saturday late afternoon. Tony had his Super Super, Jay, at our house Sunday morning but could not clear it so we scheduled a camera for Monday. Monday his crew arrived and we discovered that roots had overtaken the mainline which meant very limited service until the roots were removed but we had also had a pipe liner installed a few years back that complicated things. Jay was able trench out the old clay pipes, replace them, marry the new to the lined pipe and replace the old cast iron in 2 days. We were thankful to be able to do dishes, laundry and of course use the shower and bathroom. Excellent emergency service for what turned into a major intrusion. Highly recommended."
