"David returned my phone call within a few hours and came the next day for an estimate to trim my ficus tree. He was punctual, courteous, and professional, and was very fair about his price. He gave me some possible days and times, and we later settled on that by phone. I then heard from him to confirm on the day we agreed, and showed up with his crew on time. They were quick, efficient, and professional, even cleaning around my 2 neighbors' properties who had some of my leaves blown there previously. I then asked if he could trim back my neighbor's vine which had grown onto my roof. David was cooperative, gave me a fair price, and got that job done quickly too. As he was cleaning around the neighbor's, they made a deal for David's crew to trim their tree and take the darn vine all the way down! Good job there too, so 2 happy new customers. "Gilbert and his crew arrived on time.  They took out the old grass put in the new grass and on top of it, he went ahead and replaced my sprinkler heads that didn't work and readjusted everything.  His crew also weeded my pavers and then cleaned up everything before they left.  The job was immaculate.  Gilbert was also hired to do my bi-weekly maintenance.  I HIGHLY recommend Gilbert! <br />"

"I have a small backyard that needed sprinklers, grass, and some plants to bring it to life. "Jay & Janus Pest Management is fantastic!   We recently moved into our 1931 spanish style home and found we had many spiders both inside & outside the house.  We picked them based on their excellent reviews and service award on Angie's list.   <br /> Jay & Janus Pest Management have truly exceeded the excellent reviews they've received on Angie's list!   <br /> We first met Jay in July of 2011.  Like other satisfied Angie's List members, I called for a quote and was happy to receive a quick response from the owner of the company Jay himself.  Jay was very personable and made himself available to meet right away the following Saturday morning since both my husband and I work.  Jay sprayed for pests (including spiders) both inside & outside our home.  Jay also inspected our home for rodents in the attic and below the house.  Jay found and removed a very old rodent carcus on his first visit.  He also indicated possible points of entry for the attic and below the house.  Jay set traps in the attic and below the house.  On his next visit, Jay removed a recently trapped rodent from below the house.  Jay and his associate Michael continued to monitor the rodent problem weekly for the next several weeks.  They diagnosed the problem and shored up the entry points with wire screens to prevent further rodents from entering.  Michael even squeezed himself into an extremely tiny crawl space in our attic to secure one of the wire screens.  Jay & Michael were extremely personable, professional, prompt (often arriving early), efficient, honest, and responsive to our needs.  They also routinely sprayed for pests especially all the various spiders we'd been finding both inside & outside our home.  It made a huge difference in our quality of life and got rid of both the spiders and rodents invading our home.  We are extremely pleased with their service and have already highly recommended them to two of our friends.  We continue to use their services to this day to maintain pest & rodent control.  We are now using them to help trap a pesky raccoon that is tearing up our lawn.  Jay, Michael, and Janus Pest Management is an excellent company that gives fantastic service and pest control while also giving you a very personal and professional experience."
