"The worst experience with a company I have ever had. Every touch point with personnel was painful. The sales people give low estimates then the movers on the job try to scam higher fees and extra costs. They tried to scam my wife when they arrived at my new home for delivery by telling her she had to pay them cash on the spot before they would move our stuff into the house. She was scared to be around them to the point where I had to leave work to go to the house and confront them. Which is funny because as soon as I got there their whole demeanor changed. Just a terribly run business with horrible service and slimy people working for them. Stay far away. Use anyone else."

"My name is Lorraine, and I received a quote of $14,000 from a broker. The broker verified my inventory multiple times before the scheduled pickup, and it was accurate. However, the broker subcontracted the move to Presto Logistics, a company I was unfamiliar with at the time. I had engaged the broker, not Presto, and was unaware that they were acting as a broker themselves, which led to my surprise when a different company arrived. This situation quickly escalated when Presto Logistics increased my costs from $14,000 to nearly $30,000. They have not provided any documentation to justify this significant price hike, and they continue to refuse my requests for such paperwork.
