"We are very satisfied with service and repair provided by Appliance MC. We contacted Alex thru Angi to repair a leaking dishwasher. He was very professional and responded within 10 minutes to setup an appointment for next day. He confirmed 30 min ahead of the appointment to say he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem and identified the parts that needed to be replaced and provided a quote and indicated it would take few days for the parts. He called 2 business days later and setup the repair date. Very quickly and competently disassembled the dishwasher and replaced the old parts and run short test for leak. Ran dishwasher load next and had not leak. We will call Alex in future for repair/service of our other appliance as required."

"We have been using this company for every appliance repair we have needed for over 10 years. They have repaired our washer, dryer, refrigerator and air conditioning. The air conditioner is around 30 years old and has been repaired three times in the last 5 years. The issue is not faulty repairs; it's simply old, and while Around the Clock has warned us that it would need replacing, they have managed to keep it running and for a lot less than it would cost to replace the unit (which would cost around $5000 or so. Over the years we have had 3 or 4 main repair guys and each of them has expertise in multiple areas. They always have been on time, usually around the early or middle of the three-hour time window they generally provide. They are always courteous and professional, and have gotten the repairs right the first time, every time. They never try to up-sell and their prices are reasonable. We are delighted with them and would never consider going to another company unless we were forced to. In fact, we needed an electrical repair done, and they had recommended an electrician who worked for another company they sometimes subcontract with. He was great too.
