They first excavated, installed a compacted gravel base, and added rebar before framing everything out. Drainage slope was included so water doesn't pool, and they ensured utilities could run through conduit before the pour. The slab was finished with a smooth surface since it will later be tiled. Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation. The precision in layout and attention to detail stood out to me. It feels like we've got a reliable foundation for years of outdoor use."

I was not able to be present for the work and Juan sent me photos of the work as it progressed. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will be hiring him for future projects."
