"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. "Based on how many hours and how many people it would require to complete the job, I estimated the cost at $350 including labor and materials. The first company who gave me a $1,600 quote., said they would schedule two people. I would have provided some of the materials (shingles and felt paper underlay). Trademark Roofing’s estimator gave me a $350 quote, without my prompting, had the materials in his truck, and could start immediately. I agreed, and the job was finished in about 3 hrs. He left the site completely free of any debris. Perfection in every regard."
