I wish all the contractors I had to deal with were this good. They came in when scheduled, did the installation and when complete asked me to inspect it. The A team had a plumbing company come in and take care of all the connections. They even came back and solved a problem that was not related to anything that they did. Alex and the installers were a pleasure to work with. "I am very glad we chose Dan and Restoration Style for our kitchen remodel.  He is pleasant and easy to work with.  He was available and offered us so many services.  He accommodated our schedules and always let us know when he was coming and what work he planned to complete.  He and his crew always cleaned at the end of each day leaving our house and kitchen as neat and usable as possible.   <br /> Dan installed a backsplash that we had picked out.  Once it was on our kitchen walls, I knew it was not what I wanted.  Without any issues, Dan and his crew took down the backsplash they had just installed.  When new tiles came in, Dan and crew came back and finished the installation of our backsplash.  We greatly appreciated his patience, professionalism, and work ethic."

"I rated Superior Granite overall with a B because of their failure to meet the agreed upon installation date. <br />The date had been set for 3 weeks, which was fine, but when someone tells you the day before that they will be at your house the next day, then you expect them to be there. <br />On the day of the scheduled installation, I received a call telling me that they couldn't make it, it would be a day later. <br />Where I grew up, a man is only as good as his word; obviously Superior Granite doesn't feel that is necessary. <br />Was assured the installers would be there the next day between 9:00am and 10:00am. Well, about 9:30am got a call saying, once again, Superior Granite can't meet the commitment, that it would be around 11:00am. <br />Obviously I was extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by Superior Granite. <br />I requested that the owner at least give me a call to apologize for their lack of professionalism - I guess my jab wasn't important enough to Superior Granite's owners to warrant a call to apologize. <br /> <br />I was very pleased with the crew that did the installation; they overcame the top that was cut short and the installation looks great. <br /> <br />I answered no to the question about using them again - that depends on if I ever get an apology. <br />"

"It’s a local company and it is probably a family deal. It’s a small galley kitchen but they were the cheapest. They are there when they tell you they are going to be and their estimate was right on the money. They measured my kitchen one day, I picked out the granite, and they installed it about a week later. They even installed the sink and polished it and everything. There was no mess because everything was already done. Several of my friends and family members have used them because they are the most reasonable in this area. Everything has gone up in price since Hurricane Katrina and granite is not a cheap stone to use. I was quite impressed by the variety that they had to choose from. Even the chain home improvement stores were more expensive then these people. I would definitely use them again"

"Emerald Coast Granite and Tile was the most professional supplier during our home remodeling. They have a great product, the most competitive pricing of three suppliers we researched and the highest level of customer service. They met all commitment dates/times for measuring our counters, making a template and final installation. <br /> They allowed us to walk their warehouse of granite inventory and select the very pieces we wanted for our home. They called and E-mailed with updates regarding our project. The installation crew was on time and professional.We had some challenges with uneven tile above the back splash area and they and quot;custom cutand quot; the granite and the end-result exceeded our expectations. <br /> We plan to use this company for upgrading three bathrooms. "My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"
