"Ike has done several projects for us. He removed a large wrap around second story deck on a mountain home and put up a new cedar one, which included custom railings, stairs and application of the stain. In that same home, he laid flooring in 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both the deck and flooring are still in great shape, years later. Recently, he assisted in re-landscaping our new yard. He laid down barrier around existing plants and then moved 24 tons of river rock to put down over the barrier. He also took down a barbed wire fence & posts and replaced it with a new 252' vinyl fence and gate. This installation required that post holes be dug, concrete poured and posts installed in 8' sections. His measurements were completely accurate. We were very pleased with how the project turned out. Ike is reliable, on time and committed to his projects. I highly recommend him for home repairs, projects and remodels. His prices are very fair."

"We can't say enough good things about Eric, Scott and everyone that came in with Quade Construction. First, they are just really terrific people. Hard working, friendly, flexible, professional. From the start, they were willing to go to work much faster than anyone else. They worked over the Christmas/New Years holidays to get us back to normal as soon as possible. And their work is incredible. I picked some inexpensive tile for a walk-in shower, and had an idea of an unusual design I wanted. Eric did all the work from pouring concrete, tiling, refitting fixtures, and making my design work. The bathroom alone looks like something from a magazine. I wanted some unusual flooring/subfloor options, and they researched it and came up with the best options and did an amazing job putting it in. Someone else has said that they can do anything, and I truly believe that as well. At one point, Eric found a leak coming from our kitchen (upstairs from the bath), so he spent the afternoon repairing our drain pipe from the kitchen sink to keep them on track with the schedule. They used top quality materials throughout, and were very quick. They were very flexible in working around our plans to handle electrical separately, and frankly were just really helpful at every point in the project. My bath vanity is a great example of how flexible they are. I selected and ordered a vanity online. Sadly, what came was different from what was shown online and when they put it in, I felt it was too big and too dark for the space. I was in a panic as I went in a frantic search for a new one. Eric was completely calm and said not to worry - they would reconfigure their schedule if needed to give me more time. He said that they were happy to put various options in the space to see how I liked it. They would slide one in place and we would all look at it and see what we thought. We ended up with a new vanity that worked great in the space. But, now the plumbing was in the wrong place. There weren't phased - they gave me options for how to install it without having to re-do the plumbing and drywall. And Eric has a great design sense. From solving my dilemma about where to put a Murphy bed (he suggested bumping out the ceiling in one spot in the bedroom to make room for it), to helping me figure out grout and paint colors, he has a great eye. I will definitely use Quade Construction for any other needs that come up. In fact, I'm already lining up my next projects."

"I had areas with peeling paint and weathered areas that needed repainting throughout my house. I called Mauricio Garcia because he has done a few jobs for me in the past. He came out on Sunday morning and resurfaced and repainted all the areas I needed done. As ususal he did an excellent job at a very fair price. Mauricio is extremely professional. I emailed and left messages for at least 4 fencing companies and only Chris Lucero of Lucero Fence Co. responded in a very timely manner. He showed up when he said he would, kept me in the loop when he had to delay the project for a day because of weather, and called to let me know that the work was finished. I initially got his name from a neighbor that had used him for their fence. I would recommend him and he will be my first and only call if and when I need to have fencing done again."
