He worked tirelessly and quickly. It really is nice that all the doors in the basement close effortlessly and it looks like it did when brand new. Before we committed to such a costly and long project, we requested a grout repair evaluation from the Grout Medic. Bruce, from the Grout Medic, provided a quick and easy consultation and upfront pricing appraisal. We proceeded with the Grout Medic and are extremely happy with the results. Bruce replaced the broken grout with a new hybrid material that is better suited for this particular implementation, cleaned the grout, sealed the grout and replaced all the caulking.
