We have been doing a full house addition and remodel, and after having several setbacks, paolo and his team came in and were able to totally redo siding, trim out a covered patio, replace gutters and paint the house. They bent over backwards to make sure 1) things were done in the right order (even coming out for 1 random day to do facia before my roofers came out and put a roof on the house) and 2) Make sure that I was happy with the end product: consistently telling me "We want you to be happy- you have to live here, so lets make sure we get this right." The two man team was here long hours over a couple of weeks, always was sure to clean up well in the evening and left the house very clean at the end of the project, and were courteous to anyone else here, collaborated well with other trades, and were kind to my kids (super important in my book!). After dealing with a lot of trades during this project that were mediocre, un-responsive, and some down right rude, it was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who did excellent work, had good follow up, and listened to my ideas and made them come to life. "GS Exterior Experts is a highly professional organization and did a superb job on the re-siding of our home. From the first contact with Ernest to the final walk through with Oswald, everything was top-notch! Upon initial contact with Ernest, he took the time to cover all the details and describe exactly what the crew would be doing and gave initial quotes for various options, sticking to the exact cost of the option we chose, which was to completely cover our house and detached garage. I should point out here that their quote was less than others. The crew (headed by Omar) showed up exactly on time each day and stayed as late as necessary to complete each day’s task. The entire hard working crew was pleasant, positive, respectful and worked together incredibly well throughout the entire project, finishing on schedule despite having to do some extra work and adjustments to the original plan. They really seemed to enjoy what they were doing each day, despite the cold temperatures (late December at an elevation of 8,000 ft). The attention to detail was the best I’ve ever seen in watching over 30 years of construction improvements by various crews on our house. (And that’s saying a lot as we have had really good luck with some fantastic construction crews over the years.) It really was amazing to watch how efficient and brilliant the crew was in making sure everything was done to perfection! They were true artists in their work. Any requests I had for specific details during the install were done exactly as asked with a smile. The same is true of any questions I had throughout the entire process. One of the crew members (Moses) was extremely helpful in fulfilling any requests and answering my questions and checking with me to make sure I was happy with specific results. I just cannot emphasize enough how well the work was done- the meticulous attention to detail was outstanding! Following completion (which was the evening before Christmas eve), the project manager Oswald took the time to do a final walk through with me a few days later, immediately taking care of the few tiny concerns I had. He, like the rest of the crew he manages, was amazing- so professional and pleasant to work with! I would highly recommend using this company for any project involving services they offer. They definitely go above and beyond expectations."

"The siding the installers delivered was much darker than I expected it to be. Since I only had new siding installed on my West wall, it is much darker than the other three walls. Sadly, they did not have and could not have made anything lighter. I am sure someone makes a lighter blue siding, (since I had the lighter color installed over 20 years ago) but I have not found it."
