"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"After interviewing 5 residential roofers, I chose W & D Roofing & Contracting. It is a small, established Tucson family business who are licensed, bonded, insured, experienced, professional. Their roofing team is too. This was for replacing a 30+ year old flat roof. They tore off my old rotted roof, replaced the plywood base, increased the size of the scuppers to take rain off the roof quickly, gave it a slight pitch, added upper heat pump level drainage. They cleaned up and left my yard in pristine condition. My flat roof had been leaking before I moved into my house in 2019. This is my first house, so I was inexperienced in this whole process. "I cannot recommend Express Roofing enough. I received 7 bids for my roof project included some highly rated companies. Express Roofing was the only company to provide me with photos and a video of my roof issues. They wrote out a very exact contract and were the only company to include fascia board and ply board for the areas of concern that they saw. They cleaned up everything at the end of each day and finished a large project in 4 days. This included both the shingle roof and 2 foam flat roofs. Jenna and Jeremy were at the house every day to provide me with photos AND drone footage to show the workmanship and progress each day which I received via email.
