Then when he came back, plants still are not getting water, but not only that when I came home from work. I saw the work he had, supposedly corrected and water was pouring from it. I don't know how long it had been like that. I am so disappointed. I'm so disgusted. I am now out the money he took for the project and the work he had done is not correct!"
