He diagnosed the problem and replaced both the upper and lower thermostats. He also noticed that the water heater circuit breaker was functioning intermittently and replaced it. He completed the work neatly and professionally, and the water heater was restored to full function."

"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. "I have been using Eddie at Pampering Plumber for several years at my home and have always been extremely satisfied. The most recent project was the design and installation of 2 tankless water heaters. Before making a proposal, Eddie surveyed all of the plumbing lines in our attic and determined how he needed to modify them so that we could change from a 1 tank water heater to 2 tankless water heaters. Based on his design recommendations Eddie clearly explained what to expect in terms of the length of time to receive hot water in our many bathrooms, kitchen, etc. when the tankless system is operational. It has been almost 2 months since the tankless water heaters were installed and we are thrilled with its performance.
