"Service Date: 7/10/25 The electrician was very professional and courteous, and the work was done well. However, the cost was significantly higher than expected?over $1,300 just to replace three outlets with GCFIs and change one fuse in the panel. I needed the work completed quickly for a home inspection, so I didn?t have the flexibility to shop around. One thing that stood out was that they arrived, assessed the job, took pictures, and then left to purchase the materials?even though I had provided the details of the work ahead of time. While the service itself was solid, the price was at least double what others quoted. If you?re not on a tight timeline, I?d recommend getting a few estimates before committing. "

"I would highly recommend Chicago Reno. Our basement unfortunately had cracked cast iron pipes, and our basement was in shambles because of the plumbing work that was needed. We were looking for a contractor to put our once finished basement back together again. It was a complete tear down and renovation. The team at Chicago Reno are wonderful people. Ben in the office was very professional, very easy to talk with and always got back to me as soon as possible. The quote for the job and it’s timeline was fair, realistic, reasonable and no hidden costs. The crew that worked on my basement, Ivan and Renee were highly qualified, paid close attention to every detail and extremely respectful to me, my family and my home.
