"This company has lost my business. The plumbers were very professional and provided excellent service. I give them an A. However, the office staff gets a solid D, leaning toward an F. I took us 4 months to finally get a billing issue straightened out. The office staff told us they would bill the insurance company direct, but they never did. I made several calls over a few months (because they kept sending bills to me), and each time they told me to ignore the bill and they would send it to the insurance. I would have happily paid the bill and sent it to the insurance if Hill would have asked (I even offered). Finally, Hill sent me a collection notice; that made no sense since they agreed to bill the insurance. I finally paid the bill; it then took multiple phone calls and then a visit to get the paid receipt. When I went to pickup the receipt, the office staff was polite, but unconcerned about my trouble; the billing staff seemed affronted that I would offer criticism. I felt I was overly polite and offered constructive criticism on how they could avoid this in the future. I made it clear that I was happy with the plumbing work and would like to continue to patronize them, but I received no apology for the time I had to take to deal with this or any acknowledgement that that could have done better. Hill has lost my business. There are too many options in the service industry to do business with a average company anymore. <br />"

Ronnie removed all the doors and shelves hindering his access (I had cleared out the closet behind the tub), cut a square of the drywall out, and proceeded to change out the old plumbing. He put in shut-off valves even though I forgot to ask about getting those installed! It took about 3 1/2 hours, but it went very quickly. Ronnie put back all the shelves and doors when he was done, vacuumed out the closet, left the bathroom looking better than when he arrived! ;) I've used Freedom Plumbing before, and I will use them again. They are very responsive to the level of urgency, and they know how to do plumbing."

"The previous home owner replaced most of the old cast iron sewer pipe under my house, but for some reason left the run from the kitchen sink to our main bathroom. After bringing out a plumber on two separate occasions (over a 6 or 7 year span) to have the line cleared, we decided to go ahead and replace it with PVC. We had the job quoted by another plumber and thought the job was cost prohibitive, but Knight's Plumbing's quote came in much lower and two different people highly recommended them to me, so we hired them to do the job. <br /> I was a bit surprised to find that they didn't remove the old cast iron pipe from under the house after then cut it out. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did take two of us to maneuver the heavy pipe out from under the house. Since we didn't discuss removal of the old pipe prior to the work being done and the price was so good I didn't feel it necessary to call them to come back out. <br /> About a year later I did have an issue with the pipe and they offered to send someone out later in the week, but I had duct installers at my house and was leaving town so I just couldn't wait that long. They did try to fit me in, but they were working on a large commercial emergency job that was quite a distance away and couldn't make it. I understood and will definitely use them again. <br />"

"The work was completed at the quoted cost and on time. I was shown photos of the condition of the sewers lines that were rotted and broken and also pictures of the new lines that were installed. The lines were tested to make sure the installation would be free of leaks. The office also kept me informed with information that was useful. Crew Plumbing and Drain appears to be a family run business which is a positive since each member is working for each other and not just the customer."
