He and his crew showed up on time, finished the work quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. He also picked up the door from Lowes for me which saved me some time. I was overall happy with the quality of the work. I was able to get an estimate for the work just by talking to him on the phone and texting him pictures. Luis responded promptly and was courteous. "Two out of three were completed. The request was to install a box for the dryer vent, but the workman decided to just make a bigger hole in the wall behind the dryer and change the hookup. Not what I had requested, but the hubster did not know that I wanted to specifically have a box for fire prevention and agreed. The light ballast needed to be replaced, but since one couldn't be located at Home Depot (only place he looked), that didn't get completed. I am disappointed that this didn't get completed. I haven't been contacted as to coming back to get this done, so I probably won't ask again. This is frustrating."

"Re-Bath removed the tub and tile along with molded backing.  They reworked the plumbing and leveled the floor for the shower base.  They replaced baseboards and drywall that had been damaged by water leak.  Also, brought a drawer for vanity where one did not exist.  It was measured incorrectly, so they had a new one made and installed it within the week.  They were neat, clean and professional each day they were here, not just waiting until the end to clean.

Our issue was no emergency, but the quick service was so nice!  The tech showed up and replaced the sensors pretty quickly and showed me everything I need to know.
