Mark emailed the generalized quote the very same day. I had a couple of questions that were quickly resolved by email. The day of installation went very smoothly. I threw a wrench at the end by asking Matt to do additional work to install a network cable so I could use an app to see my cameras on my phone. It worked out wonderfully and was not extraordinarily expensive. In fact, I believe the overall system was very reasonably priced For the products and the workmanship received. Matt was very respectful of my property, cleaned up after himself, even brought his own vacuum to clean up drilling debris.
