"I called United Pro last year to do a repair for a leak that I got in the beginning of the pandemic. Benny came out when it was raining because water was coming in the house. He laid a tarp and stopped the leak immediately. He quoted me a price for that piece of roof but explained that I will have to replace the entire roof of the house because it was not done correctly and I was going to get another leak on the other side of the house. Just as he said 1 year later I got a leak on the other side of the house. I called them immediately because he was honest and up front with price and what it was going to cost. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."
