"Disappointed, JTM made appointment for 8 am on Monday 12/22. Changed appointment without calling first to confirm, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and accepted the new time of 1130-1200. JTM did not arrive at agreed up on new time and didn?t call to say the company was running late. Waste of my whole day, I would not recommend."
