"Brent reviewed the job on Sunday 9/8 and discussed the repair work on basement window replacement and other window projects. He expressed his confidence in performing this job superbly and also to complete other projects in the allotted time. He came out on 9/9 to do the work with his helper but was not able to adequately complete the job in a skilled manner since, as he stated to me, it was more challenging and required better materials and expertise than he could provide. I asked that he stop the work so that the window could be replaced by a window installation professional. Brent advised me to pay him for the materials only and request a refund since the labor was not up to par with what was paid for and expected."
