"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. "After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

I highly recommend them to anyone need exterior work done.

"I had gotten 4 quotes to have my roof replaced. Not only did they come in the lowest but they were able to provide a higher quality shingle as well. They communicated well and showed up when they said. Roofing is a messy job while its going on but when done they left the yard cleaner then when they found it. The work was done very well"

"Bobby is amazing at what he does…. We had the flooring already that we wanted installed and thought it was going to be an easy job, but my flooring was not what we thought it was made of…. The flooring was very thin and could break easy, so it made it harder to install or at least from what I was seeing…. But he started doing it and made it look easy… So what I thought was going to take forever to complete, and he completed it in a day… And that included him going out to get more Baseboards, installing that as well, and cleaning up everything….
