"The folks at All Exteriors were VERY good. They answered the first call to them, made an appointment and a representative arrived ahead of time to do the repair work needed. The job could have neen completed withtn three hours of my initial call but the craftsman who was doing the repair did not like the match of his available parts to what was on our home. He said they woyuld make the correct sized piece and replace it for a better appearance to our home. He was right! The owner called me and I guess there was a misunderstanding between myself and the gentleman who gave me the initial estimate. He was under the impression that they did not do gutters. It turned out that they did do gutters and the owner made them come back out and do the job for free due to the misunderstanding. The owner's name was Keith and he made sure they did more than I originally asked for. They were very nice and I was really shocked that they would do something like that for me because I really needed it done. They repaired my soffits for me and they even re-attached the aluminum siding as well. They were very punctual, neat and nice."
