"The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness.

"Guy Treanor is amazing. I still can't believe how easy and seamless this transaction was. I called him on Sunday, and the fence was installed on Monday by noon. It was not necessary for him to come out and do an estimate in advance. He took the information over the phone, came out, did the work and called me upon completion. At this point, I met Guy at the house, where he provided me with training information. I opted to train the dog myself to save money, but I believe Guy will make arrangements to do the training for an additional fee. Guy is very efficient and considerate of the customer's time and schedule. He emailed training information in advance to give me a chance to review it. He is also very hands-on and personable and encourages follow-up phone contact to insure that the training is going the way it should, etc. The dog is already starting to figure out which side of the yard is good and which side is bad. This system is the best ever. I am already planning to install another system at a second property for cat containment. This beats a traditional fence any day!"

"When the installer came out, he first had me walk the entire boundary of our yard with him so he knew exactly where to install the wire.  We have a hill in the back yard with a lot of trees and brush and he was able to quickly figure out how to work around that while still allowing a large area for our dog to roam.  He got right to work and was done within about 2 hours and marked the wire with flags.  While the installer was getting his equipment ready to start installing, the trainer, Jennifer, called me to set up the first three appointments.  My work is very close to home, so we were able to quickly and easily set those up around the middle of the day.  The salesperson told us that if we needed to do the training in the evening, it might be a little more difficult.  When the trainer came out for the first visit, I could tell she was someone that truly enjoyed working with dogs rather than someone who just had a job to do.  She was able to incorporate playing fetch at the same time she was training, so our dog was excited for the training.  He also enjoyed the many treats she gave him as rewards.  She trained him to avoid the wire instead of waiting for the shock that would happen if he crossed it.  To sum up, the entire experience, the salesperson, the installer and the trainer were all very professional and friendly.  I would definitely use them again.

"Dave was great from the very beginning. He called us back right away every time that we called him. He came over several times to give us a quote and explain how the fencing worked. I was impressed that he worked on any day of the week that he had to to get the job done and work around his customers' (our) schedules. The price was very fair (we had gotten other quotes) and we were happy with the end results. We trained our dog, and called Dave several times to get pointers. He also offered to come back if we needed him to, to help with the training. I would recommend Dave and Hidden Fence of Western Wisconsin to anyone! He is a very hard and conscientious worker.

"This contact went very well. I first asked for a quote from their web page. Salesman called back within 24 hours to set a meet time at the house. After discussing what the invisible fence is and how it works, he went over the different packages available. After a couple weeks of debate, we went with the Top Dog package. After setting up a installation date and time, he showed up on time and went over the installation details. Installation went quick and problem free. He then explained what he had done and what the system comprised of. I then was contacted by the trainer to set up training times. She was very flexible and asked if it was possible to be flexible and work with her to help coordinate training with other appointments near-by. When she showed up she introduced herself and explained what she was doing and what we had to do in between appointments.

Very well - working with Jessica to set everything up was easy - quick responses to questions.  Joshua and team came out for the install and were quick, quiet, and thorough in getting the work done.  A bonus was that they did not run into any sprinkler hoses (yay!).  Good looking fence and easy team to work with.
