"Peter and his crew did a wonderful job with our kitchen demo...got rid of walls and closets and then put it all back together again. We couldn't be more pleased with their work. Professional guys with lots of experience. Always on time and cleaned the place up after they were done. Would highly recommend them....wonderful guys with lots of experience and personality. You cannot go wrong with these guys and they are extremely reasonable!!!!! And if you do get the pleasure of dealing with these guys, please treat them with respect and some good hospitality. "I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."

"I would highly recommend Chicago Reno. Our basement unfortunately had cracked cast iron pipes, and our basement was in shambles because of the plumbing work that was needed. We were looking for a contractor to put our once finished basement back together again. It was a complete tear down and renovation. The team at Chicago Reno are wonderful people. Ben in the office was very professional, very easy to talk with and always got back to me as soon as possible. The quote for the job and it’s timeline was fair, realistic, reasonable and no hidden costs. The crew that worked on my basement, Ivan and Renee were highly qualified, paid close attention to every detail and extremely respectful to me, my family and my home. They listened to me when I talked about ideas and concerns and always answered my questions clearly for me to understand. I fully trusted them to guide and help me through the process of our renovation. The crew was reliable, came out every day and stayed on schedule. I was completely ecstatic with the final product of our basement renovation project. The quality and craftsmanship put into the project went beyond my expectations. With being highly satisfied with the outcome of our basement, since then, we have called upon Chicago Reno for other smaller projects in our house. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our home."

"BEWARE! Wes showed up at the house and I showed him the job - pool deck. He asked about other estimates, and how much it was ($17,000). Unfortunately, I told him and said I thought it was too high for a pool deck. I showed Wes the existing deck, and told him everything l wanted done; handrails to match the house porch, bottom enclosed with an access door. He wrote an estimate out for $14,000, but it didn't specifically include enclosing the deck, it just said,"Tear down old deck, replace with new deck of composite wood, and aluminum railings". I thought enclosing the deck was included in "replace with new deck". It was not. During construction, I was asked if I wanted the deck enclosed. I told him it was included. He told me it was not included. I stated we DID talk about it, he told me he didn't remember that, and charged $2850 for it. He used plywood he painted, not composite wood. The railings don't match the porch railings. The cost ended up more than the estimate given. "

From overseeing daily progress, on time start, to finally touches to my bathroom! Always professional and on time(this is a sticking point for me. To be a professional in any field, means being on time and on schedule). He was also flexible when I requested a change in my project. It was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I will be hiring Redstone again!"
