"Our house got hit by last years hail storm, we met with a few contractors, we went with Excel based on the initial visit and a referral from a friend. Chris got the job scheduled quickly, replaced the roof and came back a week later to fix the siding issues. Everything went smooth and the work was great."

"Very poor communication, link they send to design your house is limited in colors of siding and brick and is not even exactly what they carry. Siding ended up not being the color we wanted and edge trim was not white. However we are still happy with current color and sides as we were going back and forth on those colors and option anyway. Siding has nails showing, brick installed not flush and very large gaps. Brick installers damaged new aluminum wrap around garage doors as well. Door install did not mount door correctly and would not close, after he came back, store still has a visible gap in seal and can see the outside from the inside. Painter however, did an exceptional job. Owner never called to follow up with us on complaints or after the project was completed. I would not use this company again. They are expensive and their work and followup does not reflect the price paid."

"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

The job took only two days and the workers led by their foreman Edgar, did an excellent job on both the roof and some siding that needed replacement as well. Cleanup was perfect. "Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"Blue Line Exteriors completely replaced the siding on a friend’s home. During the remodel, I asked Brian if he had time to check out some minor storm damage to a window on my home. Brian came out for the estimate and gave a very honest opinion that it was probably not going to be an insurance coverage. Brian was able to provide a very fair estimate to repair the damage and replace the window. He was able to schedule the work in between other much larger jobs and treated the work with the same professionalism that he provided to my friend. His work crew was courteous and completely cleaned up after their work. I would highly recommend Blue Line Exteriors, Brian is an honest and good salesman."

"Integrity Exteriors and Remodelers is only company I would ever trust to call when I need something done to my house or garage. Andyâ  s crew replaced my siding and roof in 2008. I was so impressed with the quality of work and communication that I called him to replace my roof 8 years later after a big hail storm. Once again he did excellent work. I called them to put gutters on my big garage. Again they did a great job at a very fair price. A year later I had Andy put gutters on my house, while he was making sure they were doing a good job he notice I had a few missing shingles from a storm. The roof was a few years old with many storms and had nothing to the workmanship of his crew. He fix the few shingles at no charge! He really stands behind all his work!! When I decided to put a metal roof on my workshop, I called Andy right away. He gave me a prompt estimate and once again they did a wonderful job. Recently Andy added some outdoor outlets under my deck. I consider myself a handyman but Andy has teams that can get the project done fast and done right.
