Although delayed a couple of days due to a flu bug that hit the crew and then weather, the work was completed in 2 days, exactly as they said it would be. The work was done very professionally and they cleaned up the site very well. All of the crew members were professional, courteous and hard working. We would highly recommend BSI!"

"I had them install an egress window mid-July. I was pretty happy with the window. Late August we had the major rains and the window held up great. Unfortunately, the dirt they back filled sunk 1.5 feet down around the entire perimeter 2-3 feet out. This was not a complaint for me, it happens with back fill. What was a problem was that I sent dozens of texts and phone calls to empty promises to bring me more dirt for almost 2 months. Then suddenly they tell me they won't bring the dirt since they considered this "landscaping" which was not included in the contract, without even coming to see the extent of the issue. This was a backfill problem, NOT landscaping. They FINALLY conceded to bring dirt, but complained they'd have to rent equipment to get to the backyard. At this point I just said put it in my driveway and I'd move it. So, this past Saturday, I (at almost 50 years old) spent 5 hours moving a huge pile of dirt instead of the people with young men and machinery that I paid $6,000 to do the work. On top of that, they dumped the dirt across the entire front of my garage instead of to the side (2 car driveway), trapping my car in the garage until I finished moving the dirt. So, either they were being massive jerks about it, or just incredibly stupid."

"Everything went very well. My husband did the prep work they requested (removing paneling and drywall to 18 inches above the floor, cutting the wood studs to that level, and removing carpeting to six inches away from the wall). Two workers from Badger Basement came to our house and were completely done in only two hours. They jackhammered out the existing concrete slab, installed metal channels in the wall to drain any moisture out beyond the foundation, installed a sump pump in the room's closet, and poured fresh concrete to fill the new trench. All work done very professionally and thoroughly."

"I noticed this company doing work on the Panera Bread store in Kenosha, WI while out for lunch with my daughter. I stopped and asked if they did residential work, and asked for an estimate. The Job they were doing on the Panera looked GREAT so I assumed they were qualified to do my project. They arrived on time which was nice since I had originally contacted two other companies for estimates and never showed up, There pricing was fair and the estimate was very detailed which I appreciated because I was not familiar with concrete work. I asked a lot of questions and the estimator was very informative. Universal Masonry Construction did an excellent job on my driveway replacement and when they were finished I asked if they did foundation glass block windows. I had them install 8 windows after that and we love them. Overall I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting quality and excellent workmanship, and Debbie in there office is very good as far as Customer service and very Courteous when I had called about my final balance. Thank you for a great job done, we love our new driveway. <br />"

This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

Your crew was so kind and so professional and meticulous, that they knew that two particular windows were very important to my wife.  Your crew wanted to get them perfect and asked me some questions about them, that I could not answer. My wife was feeling better, but still in the hospital, and I called her on the phone, while your crew waited for me, as she and I discussed for several minutes the exact placement of the windows. Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was! <br /> We will always remember you and think of you so highly. Thank you for making the beginning our home building so easy and off to such a perfect start. There are so many things that can go wrong when redoing a home, and having it go off with such a perfect start gives us such great hope. You have certainly set bar very high for the other contractors that will be coming in for the other parts of the home! Your company and its crew should be very proud of its work.
