"We met with the estimator/salesman Kevin who inspected the entire area, performed measurements and then reviewed the cost proposal in detail with us. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining the process in layman's terms so we had a good understanding of what was needed and why. It was nice to get an idea of the cost right away instead of waiting days/weeks for an estimate. We secured estimates from other contractors and we decided on Tri-State due to the overall cost, professionalism and good reviews/references. Tri-State was able to schedule the job within a couple weeks. They provided us great preparation information so our basement would be ready for them to begin the work without delay. The crew worked over a two day period, keeping dust/mess to a minimum. All team members were professional and worked hard during the process. Clean up of the basement, staircase and outside area was excellent and additional instructions were given to us upon their departure. We have had several good rains since install and have had no water/wetness in the basement. Will edit the review accordingly to let members know how the system worked after a year or so."

"Dry Otter did an initial walk through, Followed-up with another walk through, called to verify the evening before, were on-time, left when they said they would, and came when they said they would. The jack hammering was not as loud as I thought and their new style hammer sucks up all dust and the dust that was left, was very minimal if even at all existent. They taped all of our belongings, laid down canvas to protect stairwell and driveway. All in all -- very professional. I would hire this company to do this work again. There was a piece of trim in the basement that was broken, but I am not too worried about that. Heck they even cut existing paneling in our rec-room and there was no saw dust, to get to to the actual foundation of the home. <br />"

"Awesome job! Mike, the owner came over and reviewed the problems I was having. I had lots of photos to share with him regarding the incoming water problems in heavy rains. <br /> Mike noted that the problem wasn't really HOW to get the water out, but rather how to KEEP the water out. (I had 3 other companies provide estimates; only A+ offered a solution to stop the water.) His pricing wasn't the cheapest, but it was fair. <br /> I signed the estimate and the work got scheduled in a timely manner. <br /> On the scheduled day, Mike's crew came over and began work. They planned to replace a wall that was literally rotting out, and replace a leaky basement window with concrete. When the crew came upon questions, they contacted Mike who came over, reviewed what needed to be done, provided expert advice noting how great their progress was, and they went back to work. They completed the job in less than 2 days. I have NOT had any water problems since. And if I do, Mike said to just call -- I was given a lifetime warranty on the work. <br /> Excellent work. "Things went very well. The four-person crew was prompt, professional and and efficient. The foreman described what was going to happen and how. The concrete walkway, front step and driveway sections that had settled over time were gently lifted and leveled using a polymer foam. After the work, all of the driveway section seams were level and smooth. Very few traces of the work were left behind. We would highly recommend Badger Basement Systems."
