Although delayed a couple of days due to a flu bug that hit the crew and then weather, the work was completed in 2 days, exactly as they said it would be. The work was done very professionally and they cleaned up the site very well. All of the crew members were professional, courteous and hard working. We would highly recommend BSI!"

"I had them install an egress window mid-July. I was pretty happy with the window. Late August we had the major rains and the window held up great. Unfortunately, the dirt they back filled sunk 1.5 feet down around the entire perimeter 2-3 feet out. This was not a complaint for me, it happens with back fill. What was a problem was that I sent dozens of texts and phone calls to empty promises to bring me more dirt for almost 2 months. Then suddenly they tell me they won't bring the dirt since they considered this "landscaping" which was not included in the contract, without even coming to see the extent of the issue. This was a backfill problem, NOT landscaping. They FINALLY conceded to bring dirt, but complained they'd have to rent equipment to get to the backyard. At this point I just said put it in my driveway and I'd move it. So, this past Saturday, I (at almost 50 years old) spent 5 hours moving a huge pile of dirt instead of the people with young men and machinery that I paid $6,000 to do the work. On top of that, they dumped the dirt across the entire front of my garage instead of to the side (2 car driveway), trapping my car in the garage until I finished moving the dirt. So, either they were being massive jerks about it, or just incredibly stupid."

"Job was performed on time and very well. We had all 4 concrete slabs lifted in the garage as they had sank as much as 3" to 6" over the years. Job was completed in a mornings time with 5 or 6 guys working thru a cold snap. Still can not believe how fast they completed the work and cleaned up! Came in right at budget, no issues. "Everything went very well. My husband did the prep work they requested (removing paneling and drywall to 18 inches above the floor, cutting the wood studs to that level, and removing carpeting to six inches away from the wall). Two workers from Badger Basement came to our house and were completely done in only two hours. They jackhammered out the existing concrete slab, installed metal channels in the wall to drain any moisture out beyond the foundation, installed a sump pump in the room's closet, and poured fresh concrete to fill the new trench. All work done very professionally and thoroughly."

"I noticed this company doing work on the Panera Bread store in Kenosha, WI while out for lunch with my daughter. I stopped and asked if they did residential work, and asked for an estimate. The Job they were doing on the Panera looked GREAT so I assumed they were qualified to do my project. They arrived on time which was nice since I had originally contacted two other companies for estimates and never showed up, There pricing was fair and the estimate was very detailed which I appreciated because I was not familiar with concrete work. I asked a lot of questions and the estimator was very informative. Universal Masonry Construction did an excellent job on my driveway replacement and when they were finished I asked if they did foundation glass block windows. I had them install 8 windows after that and we love them. Overall I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting quality and excellent workmanship, and Debbie in there office is very good as far as Customer service and very Courteous when I had called about my final balance. Thank you for a great job done, we love our new driveway. <br />"

"My mailbox fell apart and could not be repaired. It needed a new post and everything. This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

"<p>Just wanted to drop a line or two and let you all know how impressed we were with both your workmen and their work.  In today's society, you just don't find companies that really do a great job, they usually just do enough to "get by".<br /> <br /><br /> <br />At times, without their knowledge, I was home and could hear some of the men talking.  Much to my surprise, their language and subject matter were always appropriate.  Don't find that much in the labor force today!  It spoke volumes to me.  When they did speak with us, they were always very kind and informative.<br /> <br /></p> <p>The work that was performed consisted of excavating the dirt to gain access to the footings on both sides of the foundation.  On the inside, they had to bust out the concrete floor and hand dig to the footing in order to install their brackets for the "unified lift system".  After installing the brackets, they attached special hydraulic equipment to the brackets which drove 3" diameter<br /> <br />pipes down to bedrock.  Next, they attached a hydraulic jacking system to each pier location.  Using their special vehicle with a unique hydraulic pumping system they attached hydraulic lines to each location and were able to do a controlled lift.  From what we understand, your company is one of the only ones that can perform this "unified lift".<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We were taking pictures daily and emailing them out to family and friends who could not believe their eyes!  They started out making our basement look like a bomb went off and when they were done it was swept and looking very nice!<br /> <br /><br /> <br />All this to say that the work done was absolutely astonishing!  We will highly recommend EHM to everyone that we hear may need this type of work completed.<br /> <br /><br /> <br />Thanks so much again.  We were dreading having this work completed, but you all made it so much nicer by your<br /> <br />expertise, kindness, and professionalism.</p> <p>Mike and Cheryl <br /> <br /></p> <br />"
