"The Roto-Rooter plumber was great and explained everything clearly. He fixed the issue and left everything neat and clean. The reason for the 4 star is they were supposed to call 30 mins before arrival. They showed up without calling and I had to rush home from work. The 4 stars is also due to sticker shock (no fault of the plumber). Original quote was $720 for a clogged drain. They knocked it down to $500 with only a 30 day warranty rather than 6 month. He found the clog at 35’ (10’ beyond my 25’ snake) in less than 20 mins. I now know I can get a 125’ power snake with all the different pipe size attachments for $300. I do appreciate the promptness of Roto Rooter, ease of scheduling, and fixing the issue right away, but I will invest in my own 100’ snake before spending $500 for 20 mins of labor (not including their travel). Thanks Roto Rooter for jumping on this and fixing the issue in less than 24 hours after contacting you."

I asked about the wall in the garage that was creating the majority of the problem--how would they repair it. He mentioned a few options and stated that he needed to discuss the situation with his team and would get back to me. Took photos and measurements. Was here about an hour documenting all the issues. <br /> A week later Kyle came back with recommendations from the team. There was no mention of repairing the damaged foundation wall. I used another company that rebuilt the wall with cinder blocks and concrete, and sealed up the leaky window. No leaks. No need for a sump pump system. <br /> If you need a sump pump system, I think this company would do an excellent job. Very detail oriented. <br />"

"Some companies charge for a dry hole. Even when there are wells all around you, dry holes happen! Huemann does not charge for dry holes; rather than blast that one installation with a huge charge they charge everyone a tiny bit more to cover it. We went with them because of that, and it was a good thing. 400 feet of dry hole. Drilled a new well 75 feet away and hit water in 190 feet. Also, they're very friendly, informative, and professional. And the pricing was comparable to other companies."

"I called O'Leary and the manager sent someone out same day. They fixed it with no issues whatsoever. I did not hire them since I purchased the home AFTER they were hired but they were willing to come out and repair it even though it was the previous owner that hired them for the job.
