"We used Pro Plumbing twice, once for service and a second time to replace my water heater. Both times they were prompt and professional. The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. "I was provided a two hour window to expect the plumber.  He called 20 minutes prior to the appointment window to let me know when to expect him.  He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my garbage disposal in about an hour.  He provided tips on maintenance to prevent future clogs.  He then tightened a toilet upstairs that had a leak around the base.  The cost was less than I expected and he completed the repairs quickly.  It has been over a week since the repairs were done and so far everything is draining without a problem and there is no leak at the base of the toilet.

They had all the experience and equipment needed to locate and address a root blockage 200+ feet from the only clean out. They added two new clean outs to the line to help resolve any future issues that may arise. The work was done quickly and professionally.
