"We trust this company so we did not seek other bids. The rep climbed the roof, prepared two bids, one to reseal the areas where leaks were occurring and the other a complete re-roof. Since the roof was the original from 1995, we knew we needed to replace. They told us roughly when they would be able to do it and were right on with their estimate. A few days before, a truck brought the shingles and used a boom arm to place them high on the peaks. On the install day, five workers arrived early, stayed late, and completely tore off and re-shingled the entire roof. We found virtually no nails or other debris on the ground and none of our plants were damaged. None of the gutters were damaged that we can detect. About a week later, another employee arrived to add a few shingles on one peak where they had run out of materials. Then later, another employee arrived to inspect the roof. And finally we received an invoice for the exact amount of the contract we signed. Top notch, beginning to end."

"They do a great job. The work is just beautiful; they did a nice job. The price was fair and equatable. For what they charge, you'd really have to know your square footage. The flooring was about $1,000.00 and the labor was about $1,000.00. We have a kitchen to remodel and I am 90% sure that Red Rock will be doing that job for us. They had done the entryway, hallway and dining room and I had a small bedroom that I was using for an office and I had them lay the same flooring in there. They charged me $992.00 but I made the check for an even $1,000.00. Not only did they do the floors, they stripped the walls down, scrapped them, primed them and painted them. Its a good outfit. I got their name from my State Farm agent. His wife is a Real Estate agent for high end houses and she uses them for odd jobs in the houses she is trying to sell so they do top quality work. I am sure I will use them again when the kitchen happens."

The insulation in our attic had settled a bit and I wasn't sure if we needed more. <br /> City Utilities was offering a $500 insulation rebate that expired at the end of the year so it was a good time to check. There are a lot of "companies" on Angie's List that are just a guy with a t-shirt and a business card. They advertise that they're licensed, bonded, and insured, but they aren't. If you don't have a basic understanding of  construction/home repairs, it's easy to get fleeced by some of these guys who work out of their truck and outsource the work. Missouri Insulation is a REAL brick-and-mortar company that's been around for over 30 years. It's licensed, bonded and insured, it has longtime employees, etc. When my friends and family mention they need more insulation in their attic, I tell them to call Jordan Thomas at Missouri Insulation because I know they'll get a fair and honest estimate. <br />"
