"It went well. Chris looked at the house to determine how much prep work would be needed and length of time it would take to complete the project. He emailed me the steps of the project, along with a contract and a request for the colors also the total cost for my review. Once i accepted the bid we set up a start date, I signed the contract and send it to him along with the deposit. Once the prep was completed I made another payment and at the end of the project I paid the balance due. Overall it was a job well done,"

"When last done was 2005 I was not there. Only had deck and below screening sides done to avoid any damage to screeening. Those areas looked great but I was sorry I didn't have them do top to bottom. <br /> 2013 - First day they power washed top to bottom. Was glad screening was NOT damaged. Person was very carful with spray. Washed the inside screened area house siding at no extra charge. <br /> Second day, they returned and applied their finish. Even applied to deck and stairs under surface. Looks like new wood. <br />"

"Shoutout for Ethan Bryer, owner of Ethan Bryer Asphalt Paving and Sealcoating, for coming to repair our driveway the day after I called him. He and his crew worked in the rain and windy cold to get it done quickly. Having been in the concrete industry for many years I dealt with many asphalt pavers. While there are many good ones out there, not one comes close to Ethan. Call him. I know you’ll be happy & I won’t be embarrassed for the referral ???"

"Weather was an issue throughout this project, so it took longer than either of us would have liked. Jesse Mach is a true artist! I really didn't have clear ideas about what I wanted, but he assured me that with a few details of input from me he could create something that would work. My initial intention was to have the drive stained as well, but the concrete turned out to be in such a degraded condition that it would have been a waste of my money to simply stain it; it would be only a few years and the continuing wearing away of the original surface would have compromised the staining and etching. So I decided to have it epoxied instead; it was a good call, as it turned out to be a beautiful and sturdy surface that has stopped the deterioration as well. <br /> Sanding off the existing surface of the porch was a major job. But Jesse got it all prepped and ready for the staining. The results exceeded my expectations. The concrete was of poor quality and not in the best condition, so it was not an easy task to get it cleaned up.Some of the details that impressed me about this business: they never left a mess of equipment and product laying around; everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. Jesse is flexible, and it was easy to make changes in design/color as we went along. The warranty on the work and product is fair. If the weather was not going to cooperate, Jesse just rescheduled. He has no hesitation about showing up at any time of night or day in order to make certain the weather/wind/rain is not going to impinge on the quality of his work. He is personable, forthright, and honest. My contract with him was fulfilled as agreed upon. <br /> It was a time-consuming event for both of us, but one I would do again. The results have added pop to all the concrete on the property, and people always comment on it when they see it for the first time. The drive even has colored chips in it that sparkle in the sun and at night under a full moon it looks like the stars have fallen and landed on the drive! Waaay cool! <br />"

"This company has taken care of our driveway for years.  They always do the finest job we could ask for.  It has been 3 years since our last protective coating, and our driveway STILL looks fantastic.  This not only takes one element of the perpetual 'to do' off of the list, it makes our home's first impression a really great one! <br />"

FAQs for concrete floor coating apply projects in Elkland, MO

Epoxy flooring is a two-part coating made from synthetic resins and a hardener that bonds to concrete to create a continuous, durable surface. Once cured, the coating resists impacts, moisture, and most household chemicals, making it a practical choice for garages, basements, and workshops. It also creates a uniform, easy-to-clean finish that looks more polished than bare concrete without requiring ongoing waxes or sealers.

With proper care and maintenance, solvent-based and solid residential epoxy flooring can last 10 to 20 years, while water-based epoxy flooring lasts three to five years. Water-based epoxy is less durable, making it more susceptible to regular wear and tear. Commercial epoxy concrete flooring that experiences heavy foot traffic may only last two to three years.

Maintaining epoxy garage floors is relatively easy. You can sweep up dirt and debris with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, then use a mild cleaning solution intended for epoxy floors to scrub away stains. Avoid using soap-based or chemical cleaners. Mopping an epoxy garage floor regularly with warm water can do the trick.
