He told me that would require two repairman and it would cost $97.00 for showing up and the work would be $50.00 for every hour it took them to replace screen. To clarify I said so it will be $97.00 initial charge and then $50.00 an hour after that. He said and quot;noand quot; it will take two men so it will be $97.00 for each of us and then $50.00 an hour. I said do you mean that I have to pay $194.00 for you to show up at my house? He said yes because there will be two of us. I asked why they would not come together? There was no explanation. I asked him to take me off their list. No I would not use this service again. I feel they misrepresented themselves and the price was much too high. <br />"

"Pergola was O.K.  Column base was not satisfactory.  I reached him  later, but haven't heard back from him.  His number doesn't seem to working.  I would like for him to repair the base of the column, but I cannot get hold of him. T & S went above and beyond. They looked for vintage flooring to match and customized the old-fashioned trim to match perfectly - no easy task b/c this trim and flooring type is no longer made. They smoothed and prepped the wall (plaster/lathe/wallpaper - difficult to work with) for me in areas not related to the lighting installation, knowing I’d be painting soon. Fast, friendly, and professional service. They were prepared with all supplies. They cleaned and organized the work space thoroughly before leaving every day they were there (2-3 days). They were responsive and straightforward throughout the project, gave helpful advice when I asked, and sought out ways to save me money.
