He repaired a section of vinyl siding that had come loose and ripped off in a storm. He fixed that and then proactively repaired and reinforced some other areas that were likely to come loose down the road. Great work."

Communication was great except for color choice on the flooring when the preferred color was not available. Would have been willing to pay a little more to get the right color. Being that this is a rental not a deal breaker. Overall, would recommend and use again."
